Wine description
A typical white wine from Sannio area, next to Irpinia, from Falanghina grapes, delivering great freshness, acidity and drinkability.
Tasting Notes
Yellow straw, with white flowers and citrus notes, a vivid acidity and freshness in the mouth.
Vinification
Must is kept at 8°C for 24 hours, fermentation is completed in 60 days at 12-13°C controlled temperature.
Ageing
5 months in stainless steel tanks with bâtonnage.
