Wine description

Friulano by Doro Princic is a typical and territorial white wine from Collio (Friuli-Venezia-Giulia), vinified only in steel tanks and characterized by richness and great concentration.

Tasting Notes

Color: bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Scent: rich, elegant and complex, of white fruits, citrus, aromatic herbs and light balsamic spices. Taste: smooth, rich and intense, with a vibrant mineral and iodized freshness, intense and persistent.

Vinification

Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 19 ° C with selected yeasts in stainless steel.

Ageing

Aging for 6 months on the lees in steel tanks.
